one of client received DVC 2005 undersec 12,18,19,20,22 filed by her wife, summon issue to Husband and Her mother in law
Case summary is - wife seems left house for her brother marraige on march , there were no dispute between husband and wife , and husband supported for her brother engagement trip and in the month of april theft happend in husband house , when every one out of station and his wife were in her mother in house . from there she stated saying the place is unsecure and demanded for kids schooling in her mother native place and created unwanted issue , in june while husband and his mother went to mother in law for kids school continue in existing place , she refused and her brother /father started talking unwanted words and assaulted husband and husband reported the issue in local police station and filed CSR to conduct and warn his brother in law , Later on family members request , he withdrawn the case after assurance from father in law school can continue in existing place , After some wife filed above DVC case . guide us
