When will the judge ask the husband family to surrender stridhan/dowry?
what if the husband family don't agree for mediation and dvc is false case still judge ask to submit dowry/stridhan?
what if husband family rejects this?

First try to understand the defination of the stridhan. You have the return the same. You cannot say no for the same. Thing will go in adverse of you.
