deceased uncle's wife, sons and daughters are entittle to calim their share.

D-I-L is entittle to calim the share of his husband and grand son can claim his share in his father's share.

Dear vadrali and Mansi ! pls ask the religion of litigants and deceased before answering the question.

As the individual's name is Mukund and the querry pertains to his uncle's property, they might have rightly presumed his religion as HINDU.

dear sivasubremaniyan ! your presumption appears to be almost true. but from the mere use of word "uncle" one can not be assured of blood relation .

You are right sir, let the individual disclose the religion for proper guidance.
