I have received khata assessment number after registration of my property in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
I have the following questions :
1. How to get the PID of property by using the khata assessment number?
2. If khata assessment number is created, does it mean e-Khata is also created? If yes, how can I download the e-Khata certificate using khata assessment number?
Any inputs would be appreciated.

To obtain a khata certificate after a khata assessment, you can apply online through the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) website:
Go to the BBMP website
Select your area and fill in the required details
Upload the required documents
Pay the required fees
Track the status of your application
Receive the khata certificate
The khata certificate is a legal document issued by the local municipal authority. The cost of an A khata certification is Rs 25 per copy, and the cost of an A khata extract is Rs 100 per copy
