I want to submit early hearing date in lower court which is due due to consideration after few months. Under what rule can application for early hearing can be submitted. Grounds for submission for early hearing date is that the FIR against whom is registered is likely to flee or move to another place and is this be genuine reasons accepted by the court. Please advice urgently
