What is an EASEMENT ACT? Where it actually applies? For example , i am enjoying a GOVT. LAND of an extent 1.0 Acre for AGRICULTURE PURPOSE for the last ten years.Does it apply to this land.Any how sir, i need some clarity and extra information regarding this.
