There is property division happened between borthers. elder brother occupied and constructed a wall in a portion of younger brother's land. And when younger brother gave a private complaint on this. During the pendency of the case again the elder brother tried to give EB connection on the wall. Younger brother gave a objection petition regarding the issue to the EB office and intimated not to give connection without his knowledge. But after telling and giving petition also those EB ppl gave the connection and they are not ready to remove the connection.
What is remedy for this against public servants?
