Ecs deduction for loans

Dear sir,

I am Existing customer of bajaj finservelending for past one year. This july bajaj has to debit a EMI from my account, but inspite of having sufficient balance in my account they failed to debit the amount from my account. One week later I found that my Loan EMI was missed and I paid online the missed EMI without penalty Charges since it was not my fault. Then the very next day after paying my EMI online bajaj debited my EMI which I paid online a day before, due to this bank impose charges on me due to low balance. What should I do now? I approched bajaj for this wrong use of ECS, they replied "It's your fault, why did you pay your EMI online?" Am help less now. Can anyone help me in this issue?

Thanks and Regards

In your case you can issue a notice to bajaj finserve to repay your extra emi which you paid online . If they failed to pay you back in such event you can file case against them in consumer forum court. Regards, Adv. NIKHIL SETH Mumbai
