I am of the opinion that the bureaucrats should be responsible and answerable to the citizens directly.
Imagine that if the Administrative service cadres would not be in existence so how the politicians would have done?
Whatsoever but the people in administrative services are bonded with some rules & regulations and somehow they can be taken up but what about the syndicate of politicians who are united in the shelter of political parties?
In absence of of bureaucrats how the administration will run?
