Education loan repayment problem - lawyer notice received from bank

I took loan of 1,50,000 on 5 years back and i started repaying the loan amount in EMI's.After 3 years repayment i lost my job because of recession.Today i received notice from lawyer(on request of bank manager) of asking to repay total amount of 1,06,000 upto now.I already repayed the amount of 1,80,000. How can i move this issue to lok adalath to clear this loan amount as lesser than they mentioned ?

issue notice with your details of payments u made, if they insist  more moneys say u might move liquidated damagers suit as they slaimed more money than you are supposed yto pay. then mention you csan book them under fraud under an FIR with police as also under pvt comlaint to judicial or metropolitanmagistrate concerned.
