Eldest brother died taking away share from dad

Sirs

We are six brothers. Eldest brother fallen to vices and my father gave away his share in the ancestral property through a document (Not available now). He died. parents passed away.  My grand father was a adopted and he got that property.  Eldest brother died and his only son differed with him and he died in an accident. He was married with two sons, who are majors now.

Now all our brother agreed and  are selling a property which has fallen to our share .

We are all having major sons.  Now the question is sons are all working at different places in India..  now in the light of recent judgement on General Power of Attorney, will be it ok if our sons execute GPA in respective father's name and avoid their presence due to professional obligations.

Please inform me. You will be helping good cause.

The so executed General power of Attorney deed also needs to be a registered document so they have to make their presence before the registrar for signing the GPA deed.
