A small brief about the case:-
Due to some problems in our building for the last 2 years Administrator (Registrar) has been appointed in our building, but for some reason he has not taken any action nor taken any maintenance or bills of water or mhada
So after a while we send a letter to mhada for conducting election to take the charge of society from Administrator (Registrar) to use for which the order has been passed by mhada but still no proess of election is taken place
The Registrar is asking for Bribe which we are against, so any one can guide me to the solutions for conduct elections
Kindly please provide me solutions
