There is a father's property (non agricultural land) which is going to be partitioned among the three sons.
In one of the portion, there is impermanent structure ( structure with sheet covered),Electric connection & electric deposit for the connection is mentioned. In this scenario the land belongs to (for example) 1st son & the impermanent structure erected by other son.
Suppose in the partition deed if the structure & meter connection is mentioned in the 1st son's schedule what will be the problems in future.
Please advise whether to remove/delete in the schedule & also physically remove the structure & go for the partition.
