Dear Friends,
The clarifications on counting ANNUAL LEAVE as per the Factories Act is very confusion.
If an employee completed 240 days of service then only after consider for 20 days (excluding Weekly Offs, Holidays etc) one leave will be counting in his completed service or After 240 days service put up next on words counting the days. i.e. perfix or sufex.
