As such no specific provision to prohibit the tenant to preside the office of RWA. In fact under the Socities Registration Act which provides to constitute RWA meant for its members where each member commands one unit (Flat) by holding share of unit in the society so the tenant who does not hold any share cannot hold the office of RWA where meembers elect their office bearers among themselves.
