Eligibility under bmc - pap schemr

My father bought a flat in Dadar, Mumbai in 1993, is in his name only and is not ancestral property. In 2014 , I purchased a slum in Mumbai , the structure is from before 1994 and I have proof. I changed the electric bill in my name in 2014 itself but not my adhar card. Recently BMC declaced a a DP road and my slum is to be to be demolished. The BMC says ' as your adhar card shows another address you are not eligible for house under PAP'- me , my wife or kids do not own any other property in mumbai - am I eligible or not eligible

Based on the information provided, it appears that the BMC is using the address on your Aadhaar card to determine eligibility for housing under the Project Affected Persons (PAP) scheme. Since your Aadhaar card shows a different address, they are considering you ineligible. However, since you have proof of residence and ownership of the slum before 1994, you may be able to contest this decision. It would be advisable to consult a legal expert to present your case and provide the necessary documentation to prove your eligibility.
