I filed a divorce suit against my wife. She is contesting it.
I found several objectionable emails to her bf in her email inbox and secured them from her.
I kept the emailbox in my custody by securing her password, too.
Is it a crime to keep her password in my custody if I find anything illegal in her emailbox that is relevant to my marriage?
Please guide me.
