Emails as evidence in court

I want to present a few emails as evidence in court against my ex.

In what form is email evidence to be given in court? Can I copy the email messages to MS word including the email headers, and then print it and submit? Or should the whole email be printed from the inbox itself? What is the procedure?

The evidence should be unaltered so print your email. I am sure most of the email can be printed in it's original format.

The respective screen short  is the appropriate mode for evidence in court.

Ok, but the problem is, the email is long....my ex has written a mahabharata...it will come to 10 or 15 pages if I print it directly from the inbox, and the relevant evidence that I want to present is only in 1 or 2 paragraphs. Will the judge have the time and patience to read all that ??

Use a highlighter...You cannot cut and paste
