It is a need of hour to set up new ministry to make Researches on wild life languages including animals and Birds living on earth, under water and fly in sky. If we closely study our epics and vedic religious lirature, we may be able to found that ancient Kings and their Wazirs etc were knowing their languages. The use to mutually inter act with each other. Such animals & Birds forecast coming events which even science is not able. India should start this field under some ministry presently. RVC centres in Military are boons for humanity. Media should give wider publicity to such a new field. Most of the clues in criminal matters shall be revealled.
