Emergency query

1. I filed GWOP in 2015 and my wife didn't attend the adjournment on 28th of this month inspite of insistence of hnbl judge for her presence with child.

2. the hnbl judge has gone through her attendance and came to know that she attended only 4 times and made her exparte and rejected to hear the submissions of her advocate stating basing on his reputation many adjournments were given and can't extend it furtherly.

3. my advocate has collided with them and refused to return my file and the same was informed to hnbl judge and she told that eventhough he didn't return the file she asked me to engage another lawyer.

4. Now today they challenged her exparte order and the petition was sent to my estranged advocate inspite of judges remainder that I can engage another lawyer.

Now my question is that thus the oral orders of the judges is binding and is it not against to professional ethics on behalf of respondents advocate to send the petition copy to my estranged advocate?

what stand shall I take now?
