Employee absconded the company

Hi,

I joined a company for 2 months and absconded my self from that company after getting my salary & without giving any notice period, since there are some tough policies on employees and the boss is also very much torture to most of the employees.

Policies like:
Time Punctuality - even if you are late for 1 min, then its your half day. (after 3 late mark)
Notice period is not conveyed to employee properly, it is different for different employee catergory
Reporting Manager is very much torture
even office boys and other security guards are very much rude, for getting one extra tea or coffee
once person enter the office, he is not suppose to go outside... on this Reporting Manager will shouts. etc etc

So, I have absconded the company.
But I have NOT signed any contract, any agreement nor any company policy documents reference copy.

I have been given only one offer letter, & xerox copy of offer letter to sign and give. That's it.

The offer letter is with details as salary calculations, and need to survice notice period (not mentioned how many months) & if any miss behave they will SAC me with any notice & if possible company can send you other locations where company have branches.

Will I face any complications or any legal notice from company.
if yes, then how can i handle this problem.

It would be highly appreciable for your concern feedback.

Regards,
Vicky

As per Shops and Commercial Establishment Act of your state the notice period/pay for 2 months service might be NIL. If standing orders are applicable and you were not confirmed then notice period/pay would be MIL. If you have submitted resignation by post attach a copy with letter thru Redg.POST and demand acknowledgement/acceptance....... salary slips,PF slips, ESIC card etc........and wait for response.....
