1.if u r a manufacuring sector use prodution as a tool to decide the incentive plan.
u have to frame the policy for incentive plan for workers and then u have to give the incentive accordingly
2.For all other non-tech staffs go for performance based incentive for every month,quater.half.Framing some policy
