Dear All,

We are planning to introduce a system of incentives for all our employees in the form of profit sharing. In this regard pls help me in defining the slabs based on which we can define the incentive scheme.

Thanking you in advance for your co-operation.

You can plan your Incentive scheme as per the Targets given to the employees.Eg..... take the full % as 100 then bifurcate it.....

Manager Sales - 30%

Asst.Manager Sales -25%

Operations (including Sales Coordinators)- 20%

Admin - 15%

Back office - 10%

It is better to Plan the incentive scheme in consultation with the Sr.Sales Team and with HR Head.
