Dear Experts,
One of my friends have resigned from a company but the HR is not providing the releaving/exp certificate.He is about t join a another company.But prob is if the new company call for verification to previous company will say every bad things about this employee.The company always give negative feedback for the ex employee.
Please suggest how to get the relieving/experience certificate?

You have appointment letter issued by the employer and gthe last salary slips . These two documents will establish that you were employed with them. You will have to impress on the new employer the ways of present employer and how they behave for left employees and therefore relieving letter is difficu;lt
