Employer not paying salary

I worked with Harmaya Develepers ROM DECEMBER TO FEB'16 IN GHATKOPAR-WEST (MUMBAI) .THEY ARE NOT GIVEN MY SALARY. TWO MONTHS SALARY PENDING . THAT COMPANY NOT PAYING TDS, SERVICE TAX , VAT , PROFESSIONAL TAX ETC. COMPANY CHEATED MORE THAN 10 STAFF. CAN YOU GIVE ANY ADVICE FOR GETTING MY SALARY .

You can send a demand/ legal notice through advocate.

If they don't pay, then you have to approach appropriate authority regarding the same.

The appropriate authority will depend on the nature/ type and enlistment of your company.

You can approach a lawyer and seek advice. If you 10 employees decide to fight together, legal cost would go down a lot.

First of all submit a gentle representation under proper acknowledgment, addressed to good offices of appointing authority, MD etc to issue you appointment letter, salary slip of each month ,PF number,ESIC card, pay salary etc..................
