You can send a demand/ legal notice through advocate.
If they don't pay, then you have to approach appropriate authority regarding the same.
The appropriate authority will depend on the nature/ type and enlistment of your company.
You can approach a lawyer and seek advice. If you 10 employees decide to fight together, legal cost would go down a lot.

First of all submit a gentle representation under proper acknowledgment, addressed to good offices of appointing authority, MD etc to issue you appointment letter, salary slip of each month ,PF number,ESIC card, pay salary etc..................
