Can I approach the National Company Law Tribunal regarding the issue of my pending Full & Final?

Secondly, as my current financial status not being healthy; is there a possibility to ask for a legal aid i.e. an advocate who will appeal from my end with no fee / minimal fee ?

What is the procedure regarding the same?

You may ask for 'Free Legal Aid' in Distt. Legal Aid that is usually in Court Complex.
