Hello der,

I need your help to get me out of trouble

I m working with a agency, at the time i signed a aggreement with the company der were no rule of mobile submission, after 4 month they cameup with new rule of mobile submission as like we have to submit our mobile in working hours else we have to pay 600RS per day.

The rule not signed by us its just a mail recieved from managment

can anybody guide me what i can do for this

your help will be appriciate

A Compnay can have certtain norms including non-use of mobile. However, there must be an emergency contact center for your family to contact you through the contact center, in case of emergency. If this facility is available, the norm is reasonable.
