Staff who work on payroll in an office like Accounts, Engineer, Quality, admin department.
What ACT/Law enforce on them, can the complaint in labour court for overtime work like if companies are forcing to work for 12 hrs a day. can the file a componsation suit to claim that amount or settlement?
Like offer letter remain silent about duty timing and Sunday work but most of the employer force to work.
