my mother in law is working in one shipping company from last 29 years and more.
her age is 57 year old
employer asking to leave the job .
but from last 3 month salary not ready to give
from last 6 month not depositing PF in pf account where in salary of amount has dedicated regularly.
not ready to give gratuity fund
what are the steps to resolve the issues
You'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer asking him to clear the dues and if he doesn't reply or repays the full and final amount, you can take appropriate legal recourse against him.
