I had a query regarding private temple. Our grand-grand fathers build a temple own and provided some Enaam land to meet the expenses of daily puja. The documents are on the name of temple god. The details of land under A1 category in ADANGAL records. Our Fathers brother is now taking the amount received from lease of land yearly and performing the poojas. He would like to withdraw from the responsibility and asked us to take over . what is the legal procedure to constitute trust what are the by laws. sir please provide the detailed procedure.
