encroachment land agriculture

Dear sir, We have 48 guntha of agriculture land in Ahmednagar it's encroached by neighbour as we are not at our placed over there. We have done two times land surveyor(government) First time he has showed our boundary 5 ft feet into his land rightly as he as only 13 guntha which clearly visible as he has encroached into our land but that he doesn't allow to claim our boundary as land survey Second time land surveyors has shown boundary were is currently there not into his land,what surveyors has done he noted one point adjacent to road not from the centre were he has adjusted that 5 feet. We have both the record. What should I do?
