Enforcement of agreement for sale

Buyer in Karnataka, Seller in Rajasthan, Property in Punjab.
The agreement to sell is made on Rs.500 Karnataka stamp paper, executed in Punjab and at 0.1% of deal value will need more stamp duty to be paid. The agreement has to be ENFORCED.

((((1)))) Where does one pay the remaining stamp duty? In Punjab or in Karnataka? Necessarily within the agreement period? Or, after that is also okay?

((((2)))) The second question is: Where can it be enforced? In Karnataka, Rajasthan or in Punjab?

Thanks

Value the agreeemnt properly and pay the proper stamp duty before it is enforced. The Stamp duty at the place of execution of agreement (karnatka) And as soon as possible to avoid penalty .The penalty is  huge .

The Agreement shall be enforced where the property is located; PUNJAB
