My divorce is running for three years moving from intial enquiry---counselling---filling counter- at last to enquiry but at last hearing the judge was absent. i got the date for next hearing, i noticed it from notice board display the status moved from enquiry to another stage called part-head but no enquiry was happened.
Can anyone tell me difference between enquiry and part-head?
