Enrolment in bar council as advocate

Can a law graduate who underwent the law study as a regular scholar from a Government Law College for two academic years and gained BGL degree is eligible to get himself enrolled as Advocate to practice in a state?

Quote Section 24 c (iii) a of Advocate's Act 1961:

(iiia) after undergoing a course of study in law, the

duration of which is not less than two academic years

commencing from the academic year 1967-68 or any earlier

academic year from any University in India which is recognised

for the purposes of this Act by the Bar Council of India;

Will this section satisfy my query or make a law graduate become eligible to enroll?  Based on his B.G.L. degree, he further took up post graduation from an reputed university and passed his L.LM degree.  Please take up this discussion for correct legal intepretation of the provisions of Advocates Act
