Hi everyone,
Guys please help me with a case. I need some rulings or case laws in which the case has been decided upon appreciating the distinction between the dimensions of entry and exit wounds as caused by a bullet fired from a rifle and that fired from a country made pistol. Also please forward any citations where some of the accused were acquitted who were not shown to be holding a fire arm when death is by a firearm injury.
