Execution Petition (EP) for Maintenance - has been dismissed due to party ( husband) address not know / not in address. The Judge questioned the petitioner asking - should I go find the address?. Can EP be dismissed stating party not in Inida ? - Shouldnt the judge give directions to the court to get the address through police ?. I would like to know the procedure to find the husband's address to execute the decree in HMOP 38/13 case to provide maintenance of Rs.15000/p.m to wife and the daughter. Please help?
