Epf registration query

I have to register 5-6 unskilled labour as company is asking for PF code pls help me out to get codes.

Visit the jurisdictional EPF Office and meet PRO, APFC...............

They are helpful. 

The EPFO website has link for directory and contact details of jurisdictional EPDO office and PRO, APFC etc can be collected.

The EPFO has option for greivance redressal also.

Dr. A.K.CHANDOK has been posting at LCI also.

I have not at all asked you to make any payment to anyone.

If you read carefully again it has been mentioned that both these Experts/gentlemen post at LCI. You could have sent a request to them to post in the thread.

You can also read that directory is available at EPFO website and PRO, APFC,RPFC are helpful...........They are just a phone call away. NO payment is to be made. Can't you make a phone call?

You can also read that there is grievance redressal option with EPFO....NO payment is to be made. If there are procedural defects then the officials alone can help...

I have not earned a single penny from LCI till date.

Control your outbursts.

Some of the members/Experts may comment that yours is a commercial query and being owner of enterprise you can afford consultation with your Legal counsel/law firm.......

While you post for advise maintain some decorum and control your outbursts...

Also note that if jurisdictional EPFO office is 80kms away NO one here can help it.

Yoo alone have to find your best possible ways and means to represent...

No issue sir, it's upto me wheather i can afford for consultant or not.

Can anybody can tell me which below mentioned act applies to me?

~~ the epf and mp act applies to my establishment?

~~ voluntary coverage application as the act does not apply?

The inquiry with jurisdictional EPFO does not cost anything.

The members/experts have not asked any payment from you, So NO issue of affordabiltiy.

The procedural defects are to be removed and EPFO helps..........

Pick up your phone and speak to PRO,APFC,RPFC in jurisdictional EPFO office...
