whether the employees Provident fund appellate tribunal has power to make a party as a necessary party in the petition/appeal which is pending before this tribunal to adjudicate.  If the tribunal has not power for the same then the employee whoes rights is violating and he is not able to put your voice before the appropriate authority then where he may go and if the tribunal has power to implead the employee in the pending matter than in which provisions of law and in which judgements of the Supreme Court and the various High Court's he can make a party in the pending matters before the tribunal.
