Equality of pay and service terms after merger

our organisation is getting merged with a bigger organisation after govt decision. The bigger organisation is stipulating that we will be paid the salary and other service service conditions of our present organisation till coming two years and after that they will decide the fitment of us whether we would be absorbed in their cadre and our existing grades or seniority may be down graded also and even we may lose the jobs. Ours is a PSU organisation and the employees are a mix of some confirmed and some unconfirmed employees. kindly guide whether such service conditions may be stipulated by them and can we challenge the same in the court?

More than the courts, the matter needs to be settled thorugh collective bargaining.

Yes, in such case, Adminsitrative scrutiny rather than Judicial determination will be the best and proper course.

The employees may unite and form a forum and obtain the copies of all Government decisions.

 

Check if it contains any clause permiting such T&C to bigger organisation.

The united employees may negotiate.
