Sir
I have purchased a flat in thane.Due to wrong information provided to me there are errors in the echallan generated for stamp duty registration.
Error in property detail and builder name.
Kindly help me if there is any way I can do correction on the echallan or any way I can solve this issue.

apply to the Registrar concerned for refund of e-challan. the Registrar concerned shall obtain certain information from the bank authorities and treasury authorities and then he will take action to refund. it will take some time, normally one month. it is for information only.
