Error in flat number in challan mtr form number 6

While preparing the challan for MTR Form Number 6 by builder end, my flat number was listed as 63 instead of 603. However, the flat number is correctly mentioned as 603 in both my index 2 and agreement documents. Could this discrepancy cause any issues in the future when selling my flat or in any other matters?

The error in the challan is not a grievous one, it can be ignored if all other documents  pertaining to title are clear without any error.
