We have recently purchased an apartment and observe below errors, please guid if we need to file for rectification:
1) Instead of second part it is typed as second art
2) Co purchasers police station is written another one of same PIN code. Though we will update all our documents in the new address as this will be our permanent one.

No need to rectify, that is typo .. if the parties names and adresses are ok that is fine

These are petty and typographical errors which do not require a rectification deed.
You do not have to strain yourself on such issues, instead you can ignore them.
