In one of Company (where I had wwent for interview) The interviwer asked me that IfESI Applicabillity comes afetr 10Emploees then,
If "A" Company employes 50 employees on its payroll & only 7 employees are below gross 15000/-pm then whether ESI Will be applicable for that organisation or not?
I replied As "Yes" as total employee strenghth was50 on companies payroll. So was that ANS. Correct?
