Dear Senior
As per latest notification esi coverage has been threashold at 10 employees under section 1(5) ESI Department cover all establishments but there is two question
1 10 employee's should be coverable i.e. salary up to 15000/- or merely 10 employee's either coverable or not
2 some orgnisations has been mentioned clerly but some specific like Advertising, endent agent, construction agency.
at the time of coverage inspection E.O. could be checked records more than five years or five year is suficient as per esi law.
