Esic-dependants

An employee died in the road accident while he was going back to his residence after duty in a factory whether his dependents are eligible for dependent Benefit(pension) under esi or not. If yes will you give evidence.

Yes. The Company has to file the accident report on line with ESI and the dependants can apply for the pension benefit. Vasudevan
