I own a house in Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur Dist, Tamilnadu, and rented out the same some four years ago. Originally entered into a 11 months rental agreement but not renewed the same but the tenant continued occupying the house. Now the tenant has stopped paying rent for the past 7 months and also refusing to vacate the house after repeated requests. Please advise me the legal procedure to get him evicted at the earliest possible time.
