Dear Legal Experts, We have a House premises in Kadagu , measuring 57 by 12 ft, which was forcefully occupied by some one. The title holder did not sign any agreement with that person and he continues to stay unauthorisedly in the premises. Now we want to go to court for eviction and claim possession. Could you please advise what section to be applied for payment of court fee. If I value this property at Rs. 1,50,000/- what will be the court fee. Please give me some inputs to fight this case of illegal possession effectively. Thanks.
