Eviction from property by bank of tenant under sarfresi

'A' who is a landlord has obtained a loan agst his property by mortgaging it to 'X'Bank. 'A' has entered inyto a redistered agreement with 'B' to lease the premises for 3 yrs, vide a registered agrement. . Subsequentely 'A' has defaulted on paying the instalments and subsequentely 'X' has issued a notice under 13(2) of Sarfresi Act. The question is: Which court of law should 'B' who is a tenant as per L&L agreement approach seeking a stay against eviction from the premises until expiry of his agreement.

This is no more res integra, contact a local advocate and agree with the bank for their possession.  Any transactions are subject to lease only.
