'A' who is a landlord has obtained a loan agst his property by mortgaging it to 'X'Bank. 'A' has
entered inyto a redistered agreement with 'B' to
lease the premises for 3 yrs, vide a registered agrement. . Subsequentely 'A' has defaulted on paying the instalments and subsequentely 'X' has issued a notice under 13(2) of Sarfresi Act.
