Dear All,
my mother in law whos is 55 (owner of property purchased by her in delhi) wants to throw her husband who is 60, out of the property and keep no relation with him in future. this is beacuse he is in adultery (no proofs but red handed). she is sick and cannot fight the long divorce battle etc. how to go about it?
