Eviction of illegal occupants - query

Dear experts,       

       We have 2 properties side by side occupied by same illegal occupants. We have already applied and got permanent injunction for both the properties through a single lawsuit.

Now we plan to apply for ownership declaration and eviction. Our lawyer says that he needs to apply 2 separate lawsuits. Kindly let us know if this should be the case or if it's possible to apply for eviction through a single suit.
