Haryana. I have permitted the owner of the ground floor to instal a genset of his tenant on my roof. He is therefore my licensee. What is the procedure to evict him since the generator is making too much noise. Also, who is to be made party, the owner of the ground floor or the firm to which the genset belongs. There is no agrement and I have not given any receipt of rent received from him.
